Newbury Park is about four miles from where we train, straight along the 101 or over Borchard, depending on which end you are coming from.
Capoeira is a good fit if your family has tried the usual martial arts and wanted something with more movement and music in it. Kids from five and adults from fifteen train in separate classes, and beginners are the normal case rather than the exception.
